I purchased a Line 6 Helix a few months ago, and have been loving it. There are so many options, and some incredible effects. I have used it both live and in studio settings, and find that it is super convenient, as well as sounds incredible. After watching many videos on YouTube, I decided to purchase Rhett Shull’s preset pack from his website and see what he does differently from me, as I love the tone that he gets out of his Helix. I fell in love with the “RS Wrecked” preset from that pack, and was inspired to write a song.
The following song is an instrumental and uses only effects that were on the preset as purchased. There is also no post processing. What you hear is exactly how the preset came. Let me know what you think of the tones, and the song!
